Everton are upping their pursuit of a new right-back ahead of the summer market opening.
David Moyes is intent on signing a new right-back over the coming weeks after using Jake O’Brien throughout the 2025/26 campaign.
With Seamus Coleman also leaving the club, Everton are looking to strike quickly in the market to land themselves a new right-back.
Everton need a transfer budget of at least _________ this summer
Fill in the blank…
A number of names are on the radar for the Blues and it has now been suggested that Raoul Bellanova is one of those targets.

Everton target Raoul Bellanova as right-back option
It has already been suggested that Everton are keen to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka from West Ham United following their relegation.
However, Paul Joyce has thrown another name into the ring, with Bellanova also being considered by Everton.
If you were Angus Kinnear who would you be going all out for this summer? 💰
The 26-year-old Italy international is said to be one of the options being considered by the recruitment team on Merseyside.
Bellanova provided just two assists last season for Atalanta and has three years remaining on his current deal in Bergamo.
Not only could the defender provide Everton with a much-needed boost in that position, but Bellanova could also provide the Blues with some retribution after missing out on Kenny Tete last summer.
Bellanova could offer Everton retribution after failed Kenny Tete pursuit
Last summer, Everton were close to signing Tete from Fulham, but the right-back opted to sign a new contract at Craven Cottage instead.
With talks firmly underway between Everton and Tete, reports from Italy claimed Fulham were eyeing Bellanova as their potential Tete replacement.
Fast forward 12 months and it could now be Everton who may be the club to bring the Italian to the Premier League.
Although the 2025/26 campaign was not a successful one for Bellanova, Everton fans should be encouraged by his excellent 2024/25 season.
The 26-year-old was able to return a seriously impressive 11 assists for Atalanta in Serie A, but natural questions will remain over whether he could translate that into the English top flight.
Given the lack of options at right-back currently on Everton’s books, adding a player like Bellanova, as well as Wan-Bissaka for example, should be the route considered by Angus Kinnear.
