The World Cup is quickly approaching, and Everton have some representation in America.
The biggest sporting event in the world kicks off on the 11th of June, so the final preparations will be taking place over the next couple of days.
Everton have four players at the tournament, which is three short of their record of seven in 1986 and 2014.

Everton’s four players at the World Cup and when to watch them
Nathan Patterson – Scotland
Despite not getting much game time for Everton this season, Scotland manager Steve Clarke has decided to call up Nathan Patterson.
- Scotland vs Haiti – Sunday, 14th June at 2am (Boston)
- Scotland vs Morocco – Friday, 19th June at 11pm (Boston)
- Scotland vs Brazil – Wednesday, 24th June at 11pm (Miami)
Idrissa Gana Gueye and Iliman Ndiaye – Senegal
Idrissa Gana Gueye and Iliman Ndiaye won the AFCON in January, although it was later stripped, so they’ll be heading into the World Cup full of confidence.
The Everton duo have a good chance of making it through to the knockout stages.

- Senegal vs Norway – Tuesday, 23rd June at 1am (New Jersey)
- Senegal vs Iraq – Friday, 26th June at 8pm (Toronto)
Jordan Pickford – England
Jordan Pickford remains England’s number one going into the World Cup, which is his fifth major tournament with the Three Lions.

- England vs Ghana – Tuesday, 23rd of June at 9pm (Boston)
- England vs Panama – Saturday, 27th of June at 10pm (New York)
