Everton registered a big win in the Premier League on Saturday evening, as Sean Dyche’s side beat Brentford 3-1 away from home.
Brentford have been in better form than Everton and headed into the match as favourites.
However, it was Everton who were the better team over the course of the 90 minutes.
The Toffees played better football and attacked with intent.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin was among the goalscorers for Everton.

The England international striker has had injury problems in recent times, but he is fit now.
Calvert-Lewin is arguably the best striker at Everton at the moment.
And the Toffees need him.
Alex Iwobi pleased to see Dominic Calvert-Lewin score for Everton
The £100,000-a-week (Spotrac) star did not start against Brentford.
The 26-year-old striker came on as a substitute in the 63rd minute.
And he scored on 71 minutes.
It was Calvert-Lewin’s first goal in the Premier League this season.
And Alex Iwobi is pleased, as you can see below.
Iwobi played with Calvert-Lewin at Everton.
The former Arsenal midfielder was on the books of Everton from 2019 until the summer of 2023 when he joined Premier League rivals Fulham.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin a big player for Everton
Even though Everton won against Brentford, the danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season is real.
No one should get carried away.
Everton are among the teams who will be fighting for survival in the final weeks of the Premier League season.
We believe that Dominic Calvert-Lewin will play a big role for the Toffees.
If the Merseyside club are to escape the dreaded drop, then they have to keep the striker fit and he needs to score.
Calvert-Lewin has made 184 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The striker has scored 48 goals and given 12 assists in those games.
