David Moyes is really demanding behind the scenes at Everton
Speaking to Everton’s website, Beto explained that Moyes is very demanding and gives him a lot of ‘tough love.’
“He is good at what he’s doing and managing me as a person – he is always challenging me,” the 28-year-old stated.
“I speak a lot with (Idrissa) Gana (Gueye) and, like he says, it is tough love with me! I understand it.
“He is on me, when I miss a chance, he is straight on me. If I make mistakes, he tells me, ‘Beto, don’t do too much – hold, set and go!’
“He’s a very experienced guy and he’s the boss, so I would never argue with him!”

In the same interview, Beto also revealed his desire to stay at Everton amid rumours he could be sold this summer.
The former Udinese striker is out of contract next summer, so the club either need to cash in now or offer him a new contract.
Beto’s five goals in his last six games have certainly strengthened his chances of staying.
