Everton got the very best of Jordan Pickford last time out against Newcastle United, but the same can’t be said about his display for England against Greece.
The Toffees now have a week or so of relaxation after a stressful first seven games in the Premier League, with Sean Dyche working with the remaining players at Finch Farm.
Interestingly, the Everton boss called up both Isaac Heath and George Pickford to first-team training.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is one player who can hopefully start to build some confidence and find his feet during the international break at Everton.
One player who is missing from Finch Farm due to international duty calling is Jordan Pickford, but it hasn’t gone to plan for him so far.

The national media certainly weren’t happy with the performance of Jordan Pickford, with his highest rating coming in at a four and the lowest a 1/10 from Adrian Durham.
His stats were nothing to really shout about, either. He had 41 touches on the night, a passing accuracy of 85%, made three of his eight attempted long balls, made two clearances, won one duel, and fouled once.
Everton fans will be hoping that Pickford can brush off any bad performances and repeat what they got to witness at Goodison Park recently.
