Everton are moving at pace this summer transfer window, with a number of targets now identified and contacted.
David Moyes has been in talks to sign Liverpool’s Ben Doak after impressing in the Championship with Middlesbrough last season.
The Toffees are also exploring a deal to sign Nick Woltemade as they look to bring in another centre-forward, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin expected to leave Goodison Park.
Villarreal’s towering frontman Theirno Barry has been linked to Merseyside over the last 48 hours, too, so there’s plenty going on behind the scenes at Finch Farm.
Now, Everton fans are starting to get really excited at the latest link emerging.

Everton fans so excited after hearing Tottenham Hotspur star Yves Bissouma could join
It recently surfaced that Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma could join Everton this summer transfer window.
Toffees fans have been reacting to the rumour on X, formerly known as Twitter, and are really excited about the potential signing.
“Bissouma sitting and Gueye being allowed to hunt for the ball? Sound with me that, quite like it,” @Cal1878 posted.
“Serious baller, serious nut case. Get him in,” @sxottsmith said.
@LiamT30EFC commented: “Loved him at Brighton and would still have him now, he was one of my favourite players in the prem at Brighton.”
“Now this would be a decent signing,” @F0reverEvert0n commented.
@TommyWillo97 explained: “Think he is very underrated. Loved him at Brighton as well.”
Tottenham fan @RBRYID gave his verdict: “Absolute worldie on his day, unfortunately his day is way too inconsistent. And I’m not joking when he’s good he’s as good as anyone. But so many lapses.”
Bissouma could be available for discounted fee
Bissouma is out of contract next summer, so this summer is the final chance for Spurs to get a decent fee.
Even then, it likely won’t be his true value, so there’s an opportunity for the Toffees to land a bargain deal.
Spurs paid around £35m for him in 2022, but they won’t get anywhere near that, with a £15m bid potentially enough to strike a deal.
Bissouma is a more forward-thinking midfielder than Idrissa Gana Gueye, so the duo would make a really top pairing.
