Everton have a decision to make on Jack Grealish ahead of the summer transfer window.
Grealish, who is injured for the remainder of the season, is due to return to Manchester City in the summer.
The 30-year-old’s season-long loan is coming to an end, so David Moyes and the Friedkin Group will have to decide whether to try to sign him permanently.

Everton fans debate on how much Jack Grealish is worth
Everton do hold a £50m buy-option on Grealish, but they’re highly unlikely to activate it.
What should Everton be willing to pay to bring back Grealish over the summer? 💰
Considering he turns 31 in September, paired with the fact his City contract expires next year, Toffees supporters generally feel the club should pay around £30m for his signature.
Replying to the TalkingPoint above, fans had the following to say.
- “25m tops.”
“£35m tops.” - “I think he’s worth 30 but 35 limit because his shirts alone, and his winning mentality drummed into the boys coming through, got to be worth the other 5.”
- “Offer £20 million with max capped at £30 million and obviously going to nearly have to half his wages.”
- “His presence amongst the young lads coming through is worth 30m alone.”
- “Personally, I would leave Grealish alone. I would prefer we went for a more out-and-out pacey winger. I don’t think he’s the future Everton.”
It has recently been reported that Aston Villa are interested in signing Grealish this summer, so the Toffees will have competition.
The 39-cap England international may be tempted to join his boyhood club, especially if they qualify for the Champions League.
Everton insiders are confident they can convince Grealish to rejoin ahead of next season, and it’s well documented how well he gets on with Moyes.
So, as it stands, it seems the Toffees are the favourites to land his signature. The main issue will be negotiating a permanent fee with City.
Although, Pep Guardiola is usually pretty lenient with player exits, as he encourages fringe players to leave for regular football.
