Everton fans are so excited about the latest transfer rumour emerging out of Finch Farm.
David Moyes has admitted it’s been a struggle this summer, with the lack of transfer business really impacting his pre-season preparations.
Everton have made four additions so far, with one a back-up goalkeeper and another a loan that was made permanent in the shape of Carlos Alcaraz.
The midfield ranks are pretty light at the moment following the departures of Orel Mangala and Abdoulaye Doucoure.
So, it’s now become evident that Moyes and his chiefs are in the market for a central midfielder, and fans are very pleased with the latest transfer link.

Everton are interested in signing Chelsea’s Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who is thought to be available for around £30m.
Fans have been reacting to the link on X, formerly known as Twitter, and they would love his potential arrival on Merseyside.

Enzo Maresca really rates Dewsbury-Hall
Enzo Maresca had Dewsbury-Hall at Leicester City before bringing him to Stamford Bridge last summer in a £30m deal.
The Italian manager has been really complimentary about the 26-year-old, labelling him as a ‘dangerous’ player in the final third.
Speaking to Sky Sports in November 2023, Maresca said: “He was full of responsibility at first, but since the first international break he has improved a lot.
“He’s calm, fantastic with the ball, he knows when to attack and what to give the team. He is so dangerous near the box, and has the quality to score or assist from anywhere.
“He could already have had 10 or 12 assists. He is probably the most-improved for us and he’s in the perfect position.”
Dewsbury-Hall ended the 2023/24 season with 12 goals and 15 assists, which is a pretty remarkable return for a midfielder.
Even in his first season at Chelsea, he managed to register nine goal involvements across all competitions, despite playing limited minutes.
So, Dewsbury-Hall would certainly be a great addition to Moyes’ squad.
