Some Everton fans have lost patience with David Moyes and have made it clear who they’d want to replace the Scotsman.
Everton have been on a really poor run of form as they’ve won just one game from their last eight games across all competitions.
That’s seen them slide down the Premier League table and into 14th place, leaving many doubting David Moyes.
| Position | Team | Played MP | Won W | Drawn D | Lost L | For GF | Against GA | Diff GD | Points Pts |
| 12 | 10 | 4 | 1 | 5 | 14 | 16 | -2 | 13 | |
| 13 | 10 | 3 | 3 | 4 | 10 | 11 | -1 | 12 | |
| 14 | 10 | 3 | 3 | 4 | 10 | 13 | -3 | 12 | |
| 15 | 10 | 3 | 2 | 5 | 12 | 14 | -2 | 11 | |
| 16 | 10 | 3 | 2 | 5 | 9 | 17 | -8 | 11 |
A lot of Everton fans turned on Moyes after the Sunderland game, as he bizarrely refused to bring on Tyler Dibling and Merlin Rohl.
So, now they’ve suggested a replacement, who has actually been linked with a move to the club previously.

Everton fans want Edin Terzic to replace David Moyes
Everton fans have swarmed to X, formerly known as Twitter, urging the Friedkin Group to replace Moyes with former Borussia Dortmund manager Edin Terzic, who is currently a free agent.
Terzic left Dortmund at the end of the 2023/24 season, following a Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid.
“@friedkingroup Get Edin Terzic in at Everton. Enough is enough with Moyes. He’s awful. Truly awful,” @CryptoBlue1878 posted.
@_luke1878_ said: “I’d have terzic tbh.”
“I like Terzic always have,” @Tiner183 commented.
“Edin terzic and motta are class,” @zakxs3 added.
@cazador_aitor explained: “Terzic could be a good option.”
Edin Terzic’s career record
Terzic has been labelled an ‘underpreciated genius’, with his tactical understanding of the game second to none.
Against all odds, he masterminded Dortmund to reach the Champions League final in 2024, beating Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain on the way.
The German head coach managed 93 games for Dortmund during his second spell and had a points-per-game record of 1.93, which is pretty impressive.
| Date | Role | Games played | Points Per Game |
| 2022-2024 | Dortmund Manager | 96 | 1.93 |
| 2021-2022 | Dortmund Technical Director | n/a | 0.00 |
| 2020-2021 | Dortmund Manager | 29 | 2.00 |
| 2020-2021 | Dortmund Caretaker Manager | 3 | 2.00 |
Terzic has also worked in England before, as he was Slaven Bilic’s assistant manager for West Ham United between 2015 and 2017.
So having that experience of the Premier League will be highly beneficial if he were to take up the position as Everton manager.
For now though, Moyes certianly deserves more time but he must be less stubborn and start to bed in the new signings.
