As many fans will attest, there are few things at Everton more consistently positive than the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
Whilst their form on the pitch can come and go, and everything regarding finances always seems to be in a constant state of unrest and panic, their new waterfront arena represents a calming constant which is much-needed throughout what has been a trying campaign thus far.
Sean Dyche’s side have overseen points deductions and numerous questionable officiating decisions after just 20 Premier League games, in which they still somehow remain outside the relegation zone.
The hope will be that they can continue surviving, even if it is just by the skin of their teeth, to hopefully be able to offer one of England’s finest new grounds some top-flight football to enjoy.
Well, excitement is certainly building, and with each passing week a new update seems to drop only adding to that anticipation.
And whilst yesterday marked just a single photo, it paints a stunning picture of the magical nights Evertonians could be set to enjoy alongside the River Mersey.
As the sun sets over the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium, an orange hue is painted across the magnificent lit-up structure set to usurp Goodison Park and hopefully offer a platform for Everton to finally return to the top of the English game.
What is Everton Way?
In an effort to add a personalised touch to the new stadium, Everton announced a new initiative which they branded ‘Everton Way’.
The walkway, paved with engraved stones all along the ground, is set to boast the names of iconic figures in the club’s history alongside the loved ones of the fanbase that has made the club what it is today.
Supporters were handed the opportunity to purchase stones that would be incorporated into this historic feature, and unsurprisingly it sold out with ease.

This sparked them to release further space to progress the endeavour, only to see it once again sell out.
They have even flirted with the idea of opening up another similar walkway elsewhere around the stadium, given the demand for a personalised piece of the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.
Such is the unwavering and unrivalled support that the Toffees receive, both home and away, the speed with which they gobbled up such a ground-breaking initiative should surprise nobody.
If that is to offer a precursor as to the level of support they might receive within the stadium then it bodes well for a side seeking to offer the best possible foundation to start to life in a new ground.
