Everton should target Glasgow Rangers forward Alfredo Morelos this summer, with the Colombian international available on a free.
The 26-year-old striker has been linked with a move to the Premier League with TEAMtalk reporting that Everton, Aston Villa and Crystal palace are all interested.
Morelos’ manager Michael Beale recently praised the ‘fantastic’ centre forward when speaking with the Glasgow Rangers social media team.
Beale said: “Since I have returned Alfredo has been fantastic, there have been no issues whatsoever and I think people sometimes try to force this.”

Indeed, nine goals and six assists in 27 games for the SPL side this season is a very respectable return, and he could fill the Richarlison-shaped hole in Everton’s starting XI since the Brazilian’s £60m transfer to Spurs last summer.
With an overall return of 122 goals and 58 assists in 263 games for Rangers, Alfredo Morelos could prove to be one of the bargains of the summer transfer window should Sean Dyche snap up the forward for free.

Morelos is a gamble Everton should take to avoid another goal drought next season
The Toffees will no doubt be in the market for a forward this summer, and are one of the lowest scorers in the Premier League this season, with just 23 goals in 29 games.
Of course, the precocious and ill-disciplined attacker could be seen as a gamble due to the number of games he has missed through suspension, with a staggering 66 yellow cards and eight red cards picked up throughout his Rangers career.

However, given his goal tally and his availability for free, I believe Morelos is a gamble worth taking for Everton, and could be a shrewd signing by Sean Dyche.
The Goodison crowd loves an antagonist, especially one who scores goals for fun, and Morelos could be just the centre-forward that Everton are crying out for.
