Roma winger Pedro is on Everton’s radar ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to a report by Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Pedro is one of the names on Carlo Ancelotti’s list.

No formal bid has been made yet, and perhaps Ancelotti’s own future could change things.

Spanish publication AS claim that Ancelotti is close to going back to Real Madrid to take over from Zinedine Zidane.

The report claims that Ancelotti has always been a fan of the experienced wideman.

So perhaps if he did leave Goodison Park, the transfer plans would change.

Everton could do with a reliable wideman because their options out there are limited right now.

Alex Iwobi hasn’t delivered regularly since arriving and Richarlison plays more as a striker now.

Pedro would bring knowhow in terms of winning trophies, that’s for sure.

He’s won a staggering 26 major honours in his career, including the 2010 World Cup.

He won the Premier League with Chelsea in 2017 and the Champions League three times with Barcelona.

Roma will of course be managed by Jose Mourinho next season and it remains to be seen whether the Portuguese would even let him go.
