Everton had a really productive summer but David Moyes and his chiefs couldn’t do it all in one transfer window.
There are still areas of the Everton squad that need strengthening, so they could explore deals in January.
The Toffees have been looking at signing a striker, with Thierno Barry and Beto clearly needing some support.
Now, a fresh transfer rumour has just emerged, and this time it’s to a very exciting teenage talent who’s actually been tipped to win the Ballon d’Or one day.

Everton scouts watched Konstantinos Karetsas at Ibrox last week
According to Alan Nixon’s Patreon, Everton scouts were in Ibrox’s VIP box last week to watch Rangers take on Genk in the Europa League.
The Toffees chiefs were believed to be watching Genk playmaker Konstantinos Karetsas, although, he only came on for a brief cameo as he makes his return from injury.
Karetsas is one of the most promising players on the continent, having already amassed over 50 appearances for the Belgian side aged just 17.
The left-footed playmaker has picked up five senior caps for Greece, scoring against Scotland and Belarus.
Karetsas is expected to leave Genk next year and Everton could land his signature for around £20m, though they face competition from Liverpool, Newcastle, Sunderland and Bournemouth.
Konstantinos Karetsas tipped to win Ballon d’Or
ESPN tried to predict the Ballon d’Or winner in 2035, and Karetsas was one of the players they earmarked for the award.
That’s the level of talent the Greek international has, so if Everton were to sign him this winter, it’d be a really exciting transfer.
Karetsas predominantly operates as a number 10, so his potential arrival would likely force Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall back to the number eight role.
He can also play as a right winger and even in a deeper midfield role.
