The Toffees have failed to build on a productive season last year as they languish just above the relegation zone.
That’s put serious pressure on Sean Dyche and it’s believed the Friedkin Group are eyeing Sergio Conceicao as his potential successor.

Sean Dyche’s men have really struggled to find the back of the net this term, so there’s evidently a need for January reinforcements.
Everton have scored just 14 goals which is the joint second lowest tally across the division, only behind relegation favourites Southampton.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Beto have netted a combined three league goals, which is a serious worry.
So forward players are clearly a priority this winter and with that said, it’s just come to light that they’re scouting a winger on the continent.
Everton scouting Oguz Aydin
According to Turkish outlet Sabah, Everton scouts were in the stands during Besiktas’s 1-0 win against Fenerbahce this weekend.
It’s understood they were watching Fenerbahce’s wide player Oguz Aydin, who played the full 90 minutes on the right flank.
Aydin has enjoyed a productive start to the season, netting three times whilst laying on an assist in just five outings.
The 24-year-old is comfortable operating on both wings and has even plied his trade at left-back, so he’d be an extremely versatile option for Everton.
European duo Lille and Lazio also sent officials to watch Aydin at the weekend.
Jose Mourinho hails Everton target Aydin
Jose Mourinho has recently claimed that teams who passed up on the opportunity to sign Aydin will now be regretting it.
“He is a good player physically and tactically and very intelligent,” Mourinho said earlier this month, as quoted by Marca.
“With all due respect to (Vincenzo) Montella (Turkey manager), he should be happy. I suppose the team that did not sign him will be unhappy.
“We brought him in at the last minute. I asked him to give me time. He was not ready, but, after 4-5 months, he has reached an optimal level. I am very happy for him.”
