Moise Kean has not been the instant hit Everton fans would have hoped for this season. The Italian international arrived at Everton with plenty of hype after impressing for the Azzurri and Juventus. Everton spent a reported (The Guardian) £29 million bringing him to the Merseyside but he has yet to score.
At the weekend, he was dropped from the first-team squad altogether after being late for a team meeting.
Whilst that has lost him some sympathy with the Everton fanbase, it must be an incredibly tough experience for the youngster at Goodison Park.

One way Everton could help would be to target another Italian speaker to help Kean in his settling in at Everton.
In the current Everton squad, only Lucas Digne speaks Italian and that is not fluently. Kean is 19-years-old, does not speak the language and is bound to have some trouble settling in at Finch Farm.
Of course, Everton should not simply go out and buy an Italian in January just to help Kean. However, if shortlists are being drawn up Everton should certainly consider an Italian speaker over other options if it is a close call.
Everton need new options all over the pitch so if they could bring in another Italian to help their marquee investment settle that would be a double boost.
