Everton should consider signing Anthony Elanga this summer.
The Liverpool Echo reported that Manchester United could offload him for only £10 million, while he is also available on loan.
The winger has struggled for regular game time at Old Trafford, making five appearances in the Premier League this season.
Elanga was linked with a move away during the January transfer window, with the Liverpool Echo reporting that the Toffees’ recruitment staff were confident that he would improve their attack.
While Everton failed to lure Elanga to Merseyside, Sean Dyche’s side should consider reigniting their interest as the Red Devils look to offload him.

Elanga is likely to fall even further down the pecking order next season and could consider Goodison Park as an ideal destination if they can offer more minutes on the pitch.

The 21-year-old hasn’t had many opportunities to prove himself under Erik ten Hag, however, former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a big fan of his compatriot.
Speaking following Elanga’s first international call-up, Ibrahimovic said: “A great talent, we are proud and happy that he comes from Sweden.
“He has all the future ahead of him, and if he continues just as he has done, it looks positive.”
Anthony Elanga is worth a punt for Everton
Everton should definitely pursue a deal for Anthony Elanga and a loan spell could be perfect if they don’t want to risk splashing the cash.

However, £10m is also a very low risk for the Toffees, who are desperate to bolster their attack.
The youngster failed to score in the top flight last season but was never given a run in the team to pick up some form, while he clearly has bags of potential and just needs to work under the right manager to find his feet.
Elanga had a lot of pressure on his shoulders in recent years and was arguably thrust into the limelight before he was ready for it. However, Goodison Park could be the place for him to build on his first couple of seasons in senior football.
Whether it be a loan spell, or if they fork out the £10m, it is certainly worth Everton taking the plunge and making a move for Elanga this summer.
