Everton are back in action on Tuesday evening as they travel to Molineux to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Everton will be looking to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat to Liverpool on the weekend, and they have an opportunity to advance to the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
David Moyes’ side only played Wolves in the Premier League a couple of weeks ago, winning 3-2 in the West Midlands.
The Opta supercomputer expects Everton to win, and with all that said, here is the predicted starting line-up as Moyes makes wholesale changes.
Everton’s predicted XI vs Wolves
Everton are expected to make a number of changes on Tuesday night, having just come off the back of a gruelling Merseyside derby.
Moyes could hand Adam Aznou, Tyler Dibling and Merlin Rohl their full debuts for Everton after joining in the summer.
Mark Travers is expected to come in for Jordan Pickford, Michael Keane and James Tarkowski retain their spots, Seamus Coleman and Aznou come in for Jake O’Brien and Vitaliy Mykolenko.
Rohl and Iroegbunam partner in midfield with Dibling and Iliman Ndiaye off the flanks, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in the middle and Thierno Barry leading the line.
Braiden Graham could make the bench
There is an opportunity for a couple of academy players to get on the bench tomorrow night, most notably Braiden Graham.
Graham has been prolific with the under-21s and is widely regarded as one of the best youngsters at Finch Farm.
His former manager David Healy reckons he’s destined to lead the line for Northern Ireland’s national team.
“I have no doubt that in four or five years’ time when I’m coming to watch Northern Ireland that, hopefully, Braiden is leading the line – that’s how highly I rate him.
“Our academy staff and people around need to take great credit for that with the way they’ve nurtured him.”
