A new dawn awaits Everton in a year’s time as the Toffees leave their long-time fortress with Bramley-Moore Dock awaiting. But financial fair play concerns still grew large on Merseyside when the market started as Everton fought another breach of Profit and Sustainability Rules.
Twice last term the Premier League docked Everton points for exceeding its £105m cap PSR defines for allowable losses in a three-season period. Fears over a third breach saw Everton start this summer with a fire sale including Amadou Onana, but still signed some fresh faces.
