Everton are showing an interest in Pavel Sulc.
That’s according to the Daily Mail, who claim David Moyes’ side are considering a move for the Lyon playmaker.
Everton are joined by Premier League rivals Leeds United in the race to sign Sulc, with the French outfit demanding bids of around £25m to sanction his sale.

Pavel Sulc stunned French football in his debut season
Lyon signed Sulc for a reported £6.3m from Viktoria Plzen last summer, so there was very little expectation on his shoulders.
However, the attacking midfielder stunned French football as he netted 14 goals whilst laying on seven assists for Lyon.
Sulc quickly established himself as one of the best attacking midfielders in the division and even played as a centre-forward on a number of occasions as the club recognised his goalscoring instincts.
Sulc was named Czech Footballer of the Year in 2025
Tomas Soucek was named Czech Footballer of the Year two years on the bounce, but Sulc broke that trend by winning the award in 2025.
He also scooped the Czech Golden Ball, so his home nation were always very confident he would become a success in Europe’s top five leagues.
Sulc had to have five loans before making it at Viktoria Plzen
Sulc has certainly earned his stripes in his short career, as he was shipped out on loan five times before establishing himself at Viktoria Plzen.
The 24-cap Czechia international plied his trade at Jihlava, SFC Opava, C. Budejovice (across two spells) and Jablonec.
Sulc’s journey to the top has been somewhat unconventional, but it’s evidently made him a more mature footballer.
Sulc models his game on Wayne Rooney
Speaking back in 2024 ahead of Viktoria Plzen’s Europa League clash against Manchester United, Sulc stated that he modelled his game on his childhood hero Wayne Rooney.
“I used to watch them a lot when I was younger. I used to really admire Wayne Rooney.
“I admire Wayne’s style, and he always tries to put his all in the match. I kind of try to channel his energy too, so that’s my inspiration.
“As for other players, of course I respect them. It’s impossible not to respect them. Right now, I focus on my people, on myself.”
