“Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite is planning the next phase of his rehabilitation programme with a trip to Munich, Germany, at the world renowned MYOS clinic,” he said on X.
Everton remain positive over Branthwaite’s injury despite it being suffered on the same right hamstring which required surgery last year.
The 23-year-old has had no luck over recent years when it comes to injuries having missed almost the entirety of the 2025/26 campaign.

Branthwaite’s hamstrings are a clear problem for the defender, with his current campaign having been written off as a result.
Everton were warned about Branthwaite’s fitness just a matter of weeks prior to the Merseyside derby.
Those concerns saw Branthwaite removed from the side for the game against Arsenal, but he quickly made his return.
