Jordan Pickford is still yet to concede a goal for England at Euro 2020 after another clean sheet yesterday.
Pickford made smart saves from Timo Werner and Kai Havertz as England won 2-0 at Wembley.
He is the only goalkeeper yet to let one in and that has led to some high praise from Sky pundit Gary Neville.
Raheem Sterling has grabbed the headlines this summer but Neville has made Pickford his England player of the tournament.
Pickford’s form follows on from a very good end to the season at club level.
Carlo Ancelotti had him in and out of the side in the early part of the campaign.

But Pickford, 27, established himself and looks a great deal calmer these days, which spreads through the backline.
Now he’ll be looking for another clean sheet when England take on Ukraine in Rome on Saturday night.

That would mean England would get a penalty shootout at the very least.
In truth, they should have the attacking quality to beat Ukraine but it won’t be a foregone conclusion.
But Pickford will spread his assured calm to the defence Gareth Southgate picks and look to continue his fantastic form.
