New footage of Bramley-Moore Dock has emerged today and the roof is looking very different

Everton are a club that has made little to no progression over the past few years, and if anything have been guilty of regressing.

After all, the financial shortcomings of Farhad Moshiri have left them massively hamstrung in the transfer market, even resulting in a deduction earlier in the season.

They must sell to buy, and even then the replacements bought are not of the requisite level to fill the boots of those who have left.

Take Richarlison for example. Half of the £60m he commanded was invested into Beto, and the Portuguese marksman is yet to even come close to the 15 Premier League goal contributions he posted before moving to Tottenham Hotspur.

Fortunately, it will not be long until the Toffees have a strong, reliable and long-term revenue stream of their own to level the playing field.

What’s the latest on Everton’s Bramley-Moore Dock stadium?

Bramley-Moore Dock promises to be a monumental arena on the waterfront for Everton, set to usher in a brighter era, free from the horrors of the past decade.

However, as much as it will provide a state-of-the-art place for fans to come and support their club, it will crucially offer far more seats, allowing for a huge amount of fans to come in and spend their hard-earned money.

Excitement is growing by the week too, as the tangible progress is truly there for all to see.

The latest update comes courtesy of CP Overview, who took his drone to fly over the great construction site.

Uploading his findings earlier today, the video details huge progress having been made on the rapidly growing roof, as well as a fan terrace emerging outside the front of the stadium too.

These are just two of many facets that make this such an exciting prospect in an otherwise dull period for the club.

Everton need to move in as soon as possible

Whilst Goodison Park remains one of England’s most historically rich grounds, it is very old and very behind the times.

As such, this move has been a long time coming, even if it is set to hurt.

It will not take long for supporters to quickly see the benefits of the transition though, as the coffers should start filling back up, which in turn will allow Sean Dyche some much-needed funds to improve the playing squad.

And it will not hurt that the arena will be one of the country’s finest, once again allowing Everton to hopefully return to the apex of English football.
