Everton will be desperate to right the wrongs from the Newcastle game when they face Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.
Everton were hammered by Newcastle United and were completely outfought in the middle of the park, with Tim Iroegbunam not having his best game.
Attention quickly turns to tomorrow evening, with David Moyes’ side up against a Bournemouth outfit who also lost at the weekend.
The Cherries suffered a 3-2 defeat to Sunderland, so they’ll also be keen to get back into the win column.
Ahead of the Premier League clash, Paul Merson has predicted what the score will be.

Paul Merson predicts another Everton defeat vs Bournemouth
The Opta supercomputer expects Bournemouth to beat Everton, and Merson also agrees with that prediction.
Writing in his Sportskeeda column, the former Arsenal playmaker reckons Bournemouth’s home form is too good to ignore.
“Everton are not a bad team going forward. They have performed well away from home too. But I just feel Bournemouth will have too much for them in this game.
“When Bournemouth play at home, they are exciting to watch and goals are definitely guaranteed. I’m expecting a win for the hosts.”

After looking at Bournemouth’s home record this season, it’s very easy to see why Everton are the big underdogs.
The Cherries haven’t lost a single game at the Vitality Stadium so far and have won four of their first six on their own patch.

Pair that with the fact Everton haven’t won away at Bournemouth since 1985, and it makes sense as to why so many have predicted another defeat for Moyes’ side.
In his pre-match press conference, Moyes did reference the awful record at Bournemouth, but he believes his side can break that trend.
