Everton have one of the most exciting teenagers in the country on their books in Harrison Armstrong.
Harrison Armstrong has been earning comparisons to David Beckham at Preston North End, as their supporters reckon they’re witnessing a future great.
Armstrong has quickly established himself as one of the best midfielders in the Championship this season, despite being only 18-years-old.
Everton are considering recalling Armstrong in the January transfer window, but the preference is for him to stay and continue developing.
The Toffees loanee was in action against league leaders Coventry City last night, and Preston fans had a lot to say about his performance.

Preston fans reckon Harrison Armstrong could play for Real Madrid one day
Everton should be very excited about the return of Armstrong, whether that be in January or next summer.
The teenager is absolutely ripping it up at Deepdale, and after his display against Coventry last night, one fan predicted him to go on and play for Real Madrid.
“We deserved something out of that. Also we need to enjoy Harrison Armstrong whilst we can. What a player,” @jarmstrong92 admitted.
@PNEPatter commented: “Harrison Armstrong eh boys? F—— hell, what a player.”
@DBPnefc reckons Armstrong will follow in the footsteps of Alvaro Fernandez, who’s now at Real Madrid: “He’s gonna be another Alvaro, I’m calling it, he’s gonna be playing big stages in a few years.”
Would you recall Harrison Armstrong in January?
@jonesy_1972 added: “We are different gravy with him in the team. Destined for the very top if managed well. Class written all over him.”
“Fully fit Armstrong he is a Rolls Royce,” @pwsut posted.
“Armstrong, Jebbo, Whiteman and Iversen immense tonight, come on lads,” @57Kian said.
What has David Moyes said about recalling Harrison Armstrong
Speaking to the media at the end of November, Moyes did admit that recalling Armstrong is a possibility, but clearly values the game time he’s getting at Deepdale.
“I’m really happy with how Harrison is doing. He’s coming on great. I think Preston would be hugely disappointed if we took him back,” the Scotsman explained.
Moyes continued: “We’ll consider it in January, but at the moment, him getting the games at the age he is at and where he is performing… Preston will hopefully have a good chance at making the play-offs.”
So, unless the Toffees are hit by more injuries to their midfield, it seems as though Armstrong will be remaining in Lancashire.
Merlin Rohl should be back soon, so that will be a real boost for Moyes.
