Everton currently reside in the bottom half of the table but can move level with Ruben Amorim’s side with victory.

Ahead of the trip to Old Trafford, the Premier League have just announced the officials for the Monday Night clash.

Tony Harrington to referee Everton vs Manchester United

Everton will be desperate to pick up back-to-back wins on Monday, which is something they haven’t been able to do since beating Wolves back in August.

How would you rate Everton’s 2025/26 season so far?

Man United will be without their star striker Benjamin Sesko, as he’s been ruled out for up to a month with a knee injury, so the visitors have reason to be optimistic.

The Premier League have announced that Tony Harrington will take charge of proceedings, with Paul Howard on VAR duty.

Harrington has refereed nine Everton games throughout his career, and the Toffees have won one more than they’ve lost.

Everton’s recent record vs Manchester United

Everton’s recent record against Man United doesn’t make for very good reading at all, as they’ve lost four of their last five games.

Although, the last meeting back in February ended in a 2-2 draw, and Moyes’ side were actually unfortunate not to win.

Beto and Abdoulaye Doucoure put the Toffees 2-0 up before Bruno Fernandes and Manuel Ugarte netted two second-half goals to snatch a point at Goodison Park.

Aside from that game, United have been dominant against Everton and kept four consecutive clean sheets before that.
