“Whatever he does would be amazing. I’d see him as a manager with the way he speaks and the way he can talk and lead. I think people call that ‘head coach’ now, but in my eyes, he’s a manager,” Tarkowski told ToffeeTV.
“Whatever he wants to do, he’ll be able to do it because of the person he is and the way he strives and drives himself.
“Even though the last few years have been tough for him in terms of injuries, he is still putting that demand on himself all the time. Anytime he trains, he’s always one of the best players in training.”
Baines has earned the respect of Everton’s players as a coach, with James Garner hailing him as the ‘main man’ at Finch Farm.
It is hard to imagine this would not be the same for Coleman if he was to go into a coaching role with the club.
Moyes has already expressed his demand to retain Coleman at Everton in whatever way he can.
The Irishman’s contract is set to expire this summer and a big decision will have to be made on what lies next for his career.
Coleman has only played a mere 12 minutes in the Premier League this season, which may say everything that needs to be said about what could be next for him.
