Everton are back in Premier League action again this weekend, with Sunday’s 4 pm kick-off marking the final day of the campaign.
A trip to Arsenal awaits, and whilst the visitors have nothing to play for, for the Gunners, everything is on the line.
Mikel Arteta has pushed Manchester City all the way yet again, and should things fall into place they could end the season champions for the first time since 2004.
So, with little to play for except pride, Sean Dyche could actually make a few alterations to allow his squad some additional freedom by introducing some new faces.
Youngsters and departing players alike will hope to enjoy a fine day out at the Emirates, and should they come away with a result, it will send shockwaves throughout the Premier League.
Everton have nothing to lose vs Arsenal
So often people suggest that a lack of pressure can make a side dangerous, however with Everton, little seems to have changed.
Ever since their win over Brentford two weeks ago, they have assured their top-flight status, yet there has not been any dramatic upturn in expression or excitement.

They have remained as uninspiring yet solid as ever, grinding out a 1-1 draw at Luton Town before comfortably dismantling the worst team in the league, Sheffield United, by just one goal at home.
So, it is unlikely that a trip to the Emirates will coax out any kind of offensive flair, but it should perhaps allow him to experiment ahead of next season.
There are a few stars already being linked with departures from the club, and with Dominic Calvert-Lewin one of them, perhaps Youssef Chermiti might be set to earn a rare second league start to test him out against the best of the best.
Youssef Chermiti has earned another start
Although he only has made one league start all campaign, he has impressed with a few lively cameos off the bench of late.
Even last weekend against the Blades, his pace and trickery was noticed despite only being given the last ten minutes to make his mark.
He nearly found the net with a scorching effort at the near post, and retained that same outstanding hold-up play which belies his youth.
The ‘superb‘ 19-year-old, as described by Football Talent Scout Jacek Kulig, is yet to find the net for the club, but has shown remarkable promise to suggest that he could certainly fill Calvert-Lewin’s boots for a little while.

Perhaps, things aren’t looking so bleak after all.
