Everton’s players are back at Finch Farm for the first day of pre-season training today.
Some players, such as Jordan Pickford and Dominic Calvert-Lewin, are still away at Euro 2020.
But those not in international action are back and that includes James Rodriguez.
The Copa America is still going on but he is not involved as he spent the summer working on his injury problem.
Carlo Ancelotti has since left Goodison Park, leading some fans to fear he might leave this summer.
Him being back for pre-season training is a good start and plenty of Everton fans reacted on Twitter when the club posted an image of him at Finch Farm.
