Evertonโs new stadium has kept a glimmer of hope inside fans who have otherwise been relentlessly ground down by their football club, given the results across recent years.
Waiting until the penultimate day of the 2021/22 season to secure safety was seemingly as bad as it could get, before they outdid themselves last term with a dramatic final-day win over AFC Bournemouth to confirm their survival at the eleventh hour
Understandably, Evertonians are sick of such unrest, and now just want to get into Bramley-Moore Dock as a proud Premier League team with the promise that it might help boost them into a brighter future.
Fortunately, there is alarmingly rapid progress being made, and with each passing week it seems like a big new update is dropped.

The latest, as detailed by New Civil Engineer, has seen both the North and South stands outlined for their milestones, as the latter has become visible for the first time following the installation of terraces.
However, perhaps more exciting, is whatโs next for the build. They write: โThe next major visual change will see blue seats installed in the upper sections, with the aim to have seats in place across the whole upper tier of the bowl by Christmas.โ
When will Evertonโs new stadium be ready?
It seems like the survival of the club, and retaining their Premier League status, has been so deeply attached to ensuring this magnificent stadium is not forced to host Championship football.
Rival fans have so often used that potential outcome as an opportunity to ridicule the Merseyside outfit, but fortunately results on the pitch have recently taken such a positive turn that this could actually be the year they are nowhere near a relegation dogfight.
It comes at the perfect time too, given the build is expected to be complete in 2024, mid-way through the 2024/25 campaign.
Whilst itย remains uncertainย whether Everton will depart Goodison Park mid-season or at the end of that term, at the very least there is some clarity as to when thisย ยฃ760mย marvel will be finished.
