Former Everton player Leon Osman has now shared what he thinks the Blues need right now and provided his verdict on manager Sean Dyche.
Indeed, Osman believes that Everton need ‘stability‘ this season, and states that he hopes Sean Dyche can be the man to deliver it.
Dyche was appointed in January when Everton were in freefall but managed to secure Premier League safety on the last game of the season.

Speaking with the Liverpool Echo, Osman states that Dyche could be a coach who can provide stability for the ‘next couple of seasons’.
Speaking about the Everton boss, Osman said: “Get the core principles about how he (Dyche) wants to play into the team, and I think above all else, he seems like an Everton manager.
I think he also seems like a man who can certainly bring a bit of stability to the club for the next couple of seasons; we hope so, and it is of course all results-dependent.

What we need is a bit of stability for the next two or three seasons to be able to put our feet on the floor again and start building ourselves back up.”
Osman is right, Sean Dyche is exactly the man Everton need
Everton were on an eight-games winless run when Frank Lampard was sacked last January and the club’s future as a top-flight club looked bleak.
However, Sean Dyche had an immediate impact, overcoming Arsenal in his first game in charge in a 1-0 victory at Goodison Park.

With five wins and six draws out of the following 18 Premier League games, Dyche ensured Everton remained a top-flight club and now prepares for his first full season in charge.
Indeed, Sean Dyche is exactly what Everton need right now; a practical and pragmatic manager who can build a team greater than the sum of its parts.
However, the club will need to support him in the transfer market this summer.
