Everton have really high hopes for Harrison Armstrong.
The Toffees believe Harrison Armstrong has a really big future at the football club and it was a really difficult decision for David Moyes to sanction his loan move to Derby Country in January.
Harrison Armstrong was on the fringes of the squad at the time but eventually, Moyes and the club thought it would be better for his development to play regular minutes elsewhere.
The 18-year-old midfielder has enjoyed a really fruitful loan so far despite Derby being in the relegation zone.
Armstrong was again in action this evening as Derby defeated Frank Lampard’s Coventry City 2-0 at Pride Park.
Derby fans are all saying the same thing about the Everton loanee’s performance.

@LWTS96 explained: “These last 2 games have shown why we signed Armstrong on loan instead of experimenting with our own youth. Showing his class and why he’s got a bright future ahead of him.”
“Armstrong is some player,” @RobAlle37237054 said.

It’s easy to see why Derby fans were so impressed by Armstrong’s performance against Coventry when you take a look at his in-game statistics, as per Sofascore.
- 90 minutes played
- 45 touches
- 4 ground duels won
- 3 aerial duels won
- 4 clearances

The teenager was exemplary in his defensive duties once again but he was also brilliant at progressing the ball up the pitch.
With the way Armstrong’s loan is going at the minute, it seems inevitable he’ll become a starter for Moyes next term.
