Everton are no strangers to raiding a relegated side.

The Toffees took Tyler Dibling last summer after Southampton went down, also pinching Dwight McNeil and James Tarkowski from Burnley after their relegation in 2022.

Now – according to TEAMtalkEverton may take advantage of another side’s relegation as fans are told to keep an eye on Hugo Bueno this summer.

Hugo Bueno tipped for potential Everton move

TEAMtalk say the Spain U21 international is “set to leave” Molineux after Wolves were relegated, with Everton supporters now being told he is “one to watch” across weeks to come.

Bueno has made 33 Premier League appearances at left-back for Wolves this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists along the way.

The 23-year-old is contracted to Wolves until July 2028, so the Old Gold are in a decent position of strength when it comes to negotiating, although the Spaniard himself can force the issue by requesting to leave.

It raises doubts over whether Vitalii Mykolenko will be a regular at left-back next season.

Mykolenko is close to signing a new contract – with his current terms expiring at the end of the season – although the arrival of a new face in his position raises doubts over whether David Moyes wants a change in that area.

That was also a topic of discussion last summer when Everton sealed the £8m signing of Adam Aznou from Bayern Munich.

However, the Morocco international is yet to kick a ball in the Premier League, suggesting Moyes is unconvinced by the 19-year-old and wants another option at left-back.

The Friedkin Group could actually take two players from Wolves, with TEAMtalk previously reporting that Everton like Mateus Mane too.

Sunday marks the final home game of the season for Everton! 😳

With Jarrod Bowen on the radar as West Ham find themselves on the brink of relegation as well, Everton could be quite a predatory operator in the transfer market this summer.
