Everton happens to be one of the best-supported clubs in the country.

Up and down the land, and across the globe, you have probably bumped into an Everton supporter, telling stories of their days at Goodison Park.

The likes of Tony Bellew and Ken Loach make no secret of their love for the Toffees, but there are plenty of other fans that you may not know about.

With that, we’re taking a look at 10 celebrities that you had no idea that they support Everton.

Famous for dealing with toffee when used in baking recipes, cooking extraordinaire Mary Berry is an Everton fan.

News of the former Great British Bake Off judge’s affiliation to the club was revealed on the programme back in 2016 when co-judge Paul Hollywood reminisced on his days going to Anfield as a Liverpool fan.

Berry admitted that she had never been to Goodison Park but now, eight years on, let’s hope she has. If not, a trip to the Bramley Moore Dock Stadium shouldn’t be out of the question.

Ultimately though, when it came to a decision, he picked rugby and forged an extremely successful career – all while keeping an eye out on his beloved Everton.

Atomic Kitten’s very own Liz McClarnon is next on the list of unlikely Toffees fans.

For some people, this may already be known but for others, this is a shock.

Despite becoming a Liverpool legend, it was the blue side of Merseyside that Jamie Carragher grew up dreaming of playing for.

Carragher has previously recalled stories of going to watch the boys in blue at the FA Cup final with his dad, however, as he’s got older he’s admitted that his allegiance lies with the red side more nowadays.

That doesn’t stop him from looking out for the result though.

6 – DMA’s

The Australian indie band have long been fans of Everton and are regularly spotted wearing the club colours when touring the UK.

Unsurprisingly, their love for the club is because of Australian icon Tim Cahill, who spent many happy years on Merseyside.

Lead singer Tommy O’Dell’s family all grew up in Liverpool supporting the club too.

7 – Molly McCann

McCann is a regular at Goodison Park when her busy schedule allows her and often trains in her Everton kits while preparing for fights.

While he has never confirmed it himself, Justin Bieber appears to be a fan of Everton.

The pop star has posed in the club’s shirts several times and also posted social media pictures of himself wearing an Everton shirt.

He has also been spotted at Arsenal games before, so he could just be a fan of football altogether.

Maybe we’ll find out one day but for now, we’re claiming it.

10 – Jodie Comer

Finally on the list is BAFTA-award-winning actress Jodie Comer.

Best known for her role in the hit BBC drama Killing Eve, Comer has gone on to become one of the biggest faces in the acting industry.

She hasn’t forgotten her routes though and has always been an Everton fan, mainly thanks to her father, who was a kitman at the club for over 20 years.
