Jarrod Bowen is on Everton’s transfer radar – but there’s something that could make any pursuit tricky for the Toffees.
Bowen faces the prospect of relegation with West Ham United, as they sit two points from safety with two games left to play.
The star has had another really good season despite his team’s struggles as a collective and naturally, there is now speculation about his future.
Would you rather Everton sign Summerville or Bowen this summer? 👀
Everton have been linked with Bowen, as have Liverpool and Newcastle United, with Mo Salah leaving Anfield this summer and Anthony Gordon possibly leaving St. James’ Park.
But any move by Everton could be tricky due to the player’s current stance.
Jarrod Bowen ‘loves’ life in London as Everton eye swoop
TEAMtalk have also reported on Bowen today, and suggested interest is building in the player.
But what they say casts doubt on a potential move to Everton for the winger.
The publication has stated that Bowen is ‘very settled’ in London, which has been his home now for over six years.

He is said to love life in the capital, and currently feels no big rush to up sticks.
West Ham could be relegated soon, but the player is said to be in no rush to push for an exit regardless of how their season ends.
The publication then say that Tottenham Hotspur remain keen on Bowen, so that’s a move that could well appeal to the winger given his love of London.
Of course, there is still the prospect that Spurs themselves could go down.
If that happened, Bowen would clearly not make that move.
Everton should still try to sign Bowen
This information is a bit of a setback, but Everton still ought to see if there’d be any willingness by Bowen and his family to relocate.
Obviously he knows David Moyes very well, and he’s also teammates with the likes of Jordan Pickford and Jack Grealish with England.

But it looks like Everton will miss out on European football, which could be another barrier to signing Bowen, who at 29, might be looking for a club that can offer him that.
We’ll see what happens, but Everton landing Bowen would really be a statement signing, given his pedigree, quality and consistency.
