Jordan Pickford has been Everton’s most consistent player for almost a decade.
Since joining from Sunderland during the summer of 2017, Jordan Pickford could be argued as Everton’s best player every season.
Pickford has cemented himself as England’s number one as well, so clearly he’s regarded as a world-class goalkeeper.
If you were Angus Kinnear who would you be going all out for this summer? 💰
As such, the 32-year-old is always going to attract interest, and Everton have had to fend off the likes of Manchester United and Bayern Munich over the years.
Now, there is another transfer rumour emerging about the Toffees shot-stopper, but this time it’s a pretty strange one.

Everton’s Jordan Pickford reportedly offered to Juventus
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, Pickford has been offered to Serie A giants Juventus ahead of the summer transfer window opening on June 15th.
Schira wrote on X: Juventus are working to sign a new goalkeeper: Jordan Pickford (Everton) has been offered to Juve by an intermediary in the last days.”
It’s unclear who the intermediary is, but often it’s the player’s representative, so perhaps Pickford is open to moving to Italy.
The Everton star celebrated his 32nd birthday in March, so he is coming towards the end of his career and may fancy a change of scenery.
Should Jordan Pickford now be considered one of the world’s best goalkeepers? 🤔
Gary Lineker is adamant he should 👀
Indeed, Moyes and his chiefs will be desperate to retain his signature, so it’s difficult to see this transfer progressing in truth.
There is also good reason to suggest Pickford doesn’t want to leave anyway, as he expressed his love for the Toffees last month.
“We’ve just got that bond, really. You know what it’s like here – the gaffer calls it “The People’s Club,” and it’s been named that for a reason,” Pickford said on The Wayne Rooney Show.
“The staff are brilliant; they’ve been nothing but good to me. They took a chance on me as a 22-year-old kid, and I think I’ve repaid them. I just love being here.”
