Everton winger Iliman Ndiaye has emerged as a target for Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.
The star has not yet returned to pre-season training with Everton, having been given time off after the World Cup.

It had been anticipated that transfer talk would pick up about Iliman Ndiaye, after he talked up playing Champions League football recently.
But a big claim has been made tonight, with Al-Hilal registering their interest in the player.
Al-Hilal eyeing Iliman Ndiaye
It has been reported by Fabrizio Romano that Iliman Ndiaye has now emerged as a target for Al-Hilal.
He writes on X: “Al Hilal open talks to try sign Iliman Ndiaye from Everton.
“Negotiations at early stages but Al Hilal want one more star after Summerville and Iliman is high on the shortlist.
“Deal depends on #EFC as player side open to initial discussions.”

The final part of that update – about Ndiaye and his camp actually being open to initial discussions – will be concerning to some Evertonians.
It is also likely to cause some confusion, given Ndiaye has spoken about playing Champions League football.
It is interesting that Al-Hilal have come in for Ndiaye following their move for Crysencio Summerville earlier this week, which came as a real surprise.
But clearly they’re still wanting to strengthen out wide.
If Ndiaye makes this move, after what he said about Champions League football, it will not go down well with most Toffees fans.
But money is going to talk. We will see how much Al-Hilal put on the table.
Surely, for Everton to think about selling, it will need to massively eclipse the £60 million (Sky Sports) paid for the Dutchman.
Everton need to be firm here. Ndiaye cannot be sold for anything less than astronomical money.
He’s under contract until 2029 and is arguably the Toffees’ best player and the club are looking to build a top squad to help them get into Europe.
