Everton picked up a point against Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
Everton went behind in the clash as Leandro Trossard netted a well-taken left-footed finish before Iliman Ndiate levelled from the spot.
Mike Dean reckoned Everton were lucky to be awarded the penalty, labelling it ‘soft’, with Myles Lewis-Skelly making very little contact inside the box.
David Moyes won’t care though after being on the wrong end of a controversial offside decision in the Merseyside derby against Liverpool.
Overall, it was a game lacking real quality, but it saw the return of Dwight McNeil, who made his first appearance since Moyes’ return to the club.
Former Everton star Alex Iwobi has now sent a message to McNeil.

Alex Iwobi send three-word message to Dwight McNeil
McNeil has been sidelined through injury since the first week of December after undergoing surgery on his knee.
Finally, the 25-year-old made his long-awaited return to action as he came off the bench in the final few minutes of the 90.
McNeil posted on his Instagram with the caption: “It’s good to be back.”
Former teammate and now Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi left a supportive comment beneath, saying: “What a sight!”
Abdoulaye Doucoure also wrote: “Welcome back.”

McNeil could replace Jack Harrison in the starting line-up, which would be a welcome change for Moyes and Everton supporters.
Everton fans have been highly critical of Harrison this season and many are keen for him to return to Leeds United at the end of his loan spell.
There’s little desire to make his loan a permanent, so McNeil’s return to action will likely see him reduced to a fringe player over the next few weeks.
