David Moyes has worked his magic at Everton since returning to the club back in January.
Everton make the short trip to Anfield on Saturday, where they will face their biggest test of the season in the Merseyside Derby.
Three points would take the Blues to within just two points of their city rivals, who have won every game they’ve played to date.
Moyes has now seen a busy summer come and go, which has transformed the squad which he inherited from Sean Dyche at the start of the year.
And that was deserved, with The Friedkin Group backing Moyes sufficiently following his impressive second half of last season.
The 62-year-old has impressed so much that one pundit would like to see Moyes join one of the country’s biggest clubs.

Everton’s David Moyes mooted for new managerial job
Behind the scenes at Finch Farm, Moyes is working hard to improve Beto, with constant feedback being given to the striker.
Moyes has been able to drastically improve the Toffees since returning, but three points on Saturday would be his biggest result yet.
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Andy Goldstein ironically said he would gladly see Moyes replace Ruben Amorim at Manchester United.
“He’s a good manager, David Moyes. Very good manager. Moyes was, of course, the first manager post-Fergie era, wrong time, definitely wrong time, but I don’t know about wrong place,” said Goldstein.
“United would swap Moyes for Amorim, right?”
“If he’s in charge of the team, and after 45 minutes something isn’t working, he’ll change it because that’s what good managers do.”
Angus Kinnear has hailed Moyes’ work ethic after claiming the 62-year-old is the first in and last out at Finch Farm every day.
However, for Manchester United fans to be pining for Moyes to return to the club will humour plenty on Merseyside.
The Friedkins deserve credit for Moyes appointment
After being handed the keys to Goodison Park back in December, The Friedkin Group had some huge decisions to make.
The biggest one was what to do with Dyche, and they certainly made the correct call to bring in Moyes as his replacement.
Dyche has said he recommended Moyes as his successor, but the decision ultimately rested on the shoulders of the new owners.
There is a great deal of irony currently as Graham Potter turned down Everton for West Ham.
Fast forward to the current date and the West Ham manager is under real threat of losing his job at the London Stadium.
It is even suggested that West Ham are considering Dyche as a Potter replacement.
