Everton are making significant changes behind-the-scenes ahead of the summer transfer window.

David Moyes will be looking for plenty of new faces to come through the doors at Finch Farm.

When the window does open, Everton are expected to sign players after 30 June as that is when the new PSR window opens.

It is a clever tactic from the Friedkins, who have appointed Angus Kinnear as Everton’s new CEO as the club eyes major progression.

The 47-year-old will depart Leeds United at the end of the season and join the Friedkins on Merseyside where big changes are happening.

And it looks as if Kinnear may be lining up the task of beating his current side to the signature of one exciting Englishman.

Everton set to battle Leeds United for Jonathan Rowe

Everton are set to see numerous players leave this summer as their contracts expire at the end of the season.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin has just changed agents ahead of the summer as his future looks to be away from Merseyside.

According to Jeunes Footeux, Everton are eyeing the signing of an exciting winger from Ligue 1, though.

Alongside Leeds United, the Toffees are keen to land Marseille winger Jonathan Rowe.

Rowe only joined the French side last summer from Norwich City in a deal worth £12.5m, but his time on the continent could be up already with interest from England.

Moyes was keen for Everton to sign a new forward in the January transfer window, but he had to settle for the loan addition of Carlos Alcaraz.

It seems as if those on Merseyside are now preparing for the summer market after Moyes has turned around their fortunes in the Premier League.

Everton also want to sign Manor Solomon

Under the Friedkins, Everton fans will have a lot more optimism for what is to come in the future.

Everton are keen to sign Manor Solomon from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer following his impressive season in the Championship with Leeds.

Solomon is a player Kinnear should know very well by now and could well provide Everton with an upper hand in the summer.

Tottenham are open to selling Solomon over the coming months alongside the likes of Richarliosn.

However, if Leeds do return to the Premier League, they may prove the obvious choice for Solomon when he makes a decision on his future.
