Everton have managed to attract a number of big names to Goodison Park over the years, and fans are now calling for a familiar face to rock up on Merseyside.
Sean Dyche was one of the people responsible for Iliman Ndiaye joining in the summer transfer window, and that has already paid off big time at Everton.
Ndiaye already has a chant about him, which just goes to show how impressive he’s been since making the move to Merseyside.
As much as fans have been wanting Jake O’Brien to feature in games, he’s just not been trusted. But, he has the potential to become a future star, which is something James Tarkowski mentioned.
However, it’s a decision off the field that Everton fans have been calling for recently after some rather unfortunate news.
Duncan Ferguson let go by Inverness Caledonian Thistle
Duncan Ferguson is an Everton legend. He scored 69 goals in 263 games for the Toffees and even won the FA cup in 1995.
Everton fans will remember his stints as the caretaker boss at Goodison Park back in 2022 and 2019, as well as various roles as assistant manager and technical assistant.
However, Duncan Ferguson has now been relieved of his duties as Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager by administrators of the club.
This comes after he tried to save the club himself out of his own pocket.
But, some Everton fans think they’ve found a job for him.

Plenty of Everton fans, when speaking on X, were desperate to see Duncan Ferguson return.
A number of fans even think he can solve Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s issues.
“DCL was a much better player when Dunc was here, bring him home.”, @GwedLid said.
@harrysams agreed: “Get him to finch farm to work with Dom.”
@HJJ92_ stated: “He’s taken on 2 very big management roles that no one would touch with a barge pole, sacrificed his own pocket to make sure players could put food on their tables. He deserves some good luck now, get him back in the back room with us working with DCL again.”

“Al message him and tell him to get back to Finch farm train DCL.”, @1986_legend even told Myers to drop him a message.
