Everton have had a really strong summer transfer window and David Moyes is hoping to get a couple more before Monday’s deadline.
The Toffees have spent well over £100m on transfer fees, with Tyler Dibling the most expensive acquisition.
Everton
Carlos Alcaraz (£12.9m)
Thierno Barry (£25.8m)
Mark Travers (£3.9m)
Adam Aznou (£7.7m)
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (24.6m)
Jack Grealish (Loan)
Tom King (?)
Tyler Dibling (£40m)
Total: £114.9m
Dibling made his Everton debut last night and you could immediately tell exactly why Moyes shelled out £40m on his signature.
The teenager has a really cute touch, and his terrific dribbling ability was already evident in the short time he had on the pitch.
Speaking after the Mansfield game, Carlos Alcaraz spoke about Dibling and also revealed that he can tell one of Everton’s other new signings is ‘quality’, having watched him in training.

Carlos Alcaraz really impressed by one Everton player in training
After his well-taken goal in the 2-0 win against Mansfield, Alcaraz spoke with Evertontv about Dibling’s arrival and first outing in a blue shirt.
“I know him (Tyler) from Southampton, he’s a great lad, he plays really well,” the 22-year-old explained.
“He’s a great player, but he’s also a great person. I’ve spoken to him and he’s very happy to be here.
“I wish him all the best and, well, hopefully he’ll continue to get playing time and help us in everything he does, which he does very well.”
Alcaraz also touched on Grealish and admitted that you can see just how much ‘quality’ he has in training.
“The competition in training is always very good. The good thing is that we’re all at the manager’s disposal, at Moyes’ disposal, so when he wants me to play or others to play, we’re all pulling in the same direction.
“I know the kind of player Jack (Grealish) is. He’s proven that throughout his career. So, having him as a teammate, seeing him in training, seeing him here in matches, he really has a lot of quality.”
Thierno Barry has been impressed by Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall too
Clearly, the new Everton signings are making a big impression at Finch Farm, as Thierno Barry recently came out and admitted that when Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall joined in the sessions, he could already tell what a fantastic player he is.
“The first time I met him in training, I saw the quality of him,” Barry said to Everton’s website. “I think he can give me [good passes] this season.
“I’ll try to create [those opportunities] this season. So I try to create a good relationship with him.”
Perhaps it won’t be too long until Dibling starts to turn heads in training, which will certainly help increase the level of competition across the squad.
Exciting times ahead for the Merseysiders.
