Everton’s signings have gone down well this season, but Chris Sutton hasn’t been too excited about one player.
The Friedkin Group deserve their praise for this window as even rival fans say Everton have won this summer.
This comes after over £110 million spent and some intriguing faces entering the frame, with David Moyes hoping to produce a masterclass this season.
A strong start from the Toffees has them in the top half, and a win against Wolves this Saturday would be very welcome.

Everton’s business looks to hopefully keep them in and around this position, but Chris Sutton has a major ‘worry’.

Chris Sutton is worried about Thierno Barry at Everton
The likes of Jack Grealish and Tyler Dibling are set to take centre-stage at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, but it seems like the jury is still out for Thierno Barry.
Ahead of the Wolves game, Sutton gave his prediction to BBC Sport and detailed why he is concerned about Barry up front for the Toffees.
“I do worry about Everton, especially in the centre-forward area. Maybe Thierno Barry will come to the fore, but £27m doesn’t get you a top-class striker these days, and he’s still got some developing to do.
“That said, if there’s a motivated Jack Grealish, then Everton have a really good chance. He was excellent against Brighton. It’s good to see him back playing football with a smile on his face. Should be a draw. 1-1.”
It’s quite harsh to say this about the 22-year-old early on, who has shown promise in his early games with Barry also showing ‘quality’ in training, and it’s a big opportunity for the striker to stake his claim over Beto.
Although Sutton has been brutally honest about the Toffees striker’s situation, it’s Thierry Henry whom the Frenchman should listen to.

Thierry Henry comment has proven that Thierno Barry has started well at Everton
Sutton has made it clear that the 22-year-old does still need to develop, and that’s true, but to say it’s a ‘worry’ is slightly harsh.
The striker has so far only made one start in the Premier League, and showed an excellent trait that has been praised.
Thierry Henry loved Barry’s hold-up play, as a French legend like Henry complimenting the striker will do him the world of good.
This is what the young forward needs to keep doing, as he is only improving himself and the likes of Grealish around him.
Moyes has been worried about Barry, but his early signs look good, and it shouldn’t be a cause for concern at Everton.
