With Everton moving nicely in the transfer window as Tyler Dibling looks to be next, many rivals fans have admitted something about the club.
It’s a summer that expresses change from The Friedkin Group as Everton have almost secured the eighth signing of their summer.
Evertonians must be excited about the £42 million deal for Dibling, who is looking like a very promising talent.
On top of this, Jack Grealish, new striker Thierno Barry, and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall all look like strong additions.
The transfer movement is great to see, and Everton’s rivals have to hold their hands up.

Rivals fans have admitted that Everton are having the ‘best transfer window’ after Tyler Dibling signing
It’s a serious statement from the owners who want to prove that the Toffees are on their way up again.
Everton were expected to spend up to £100 million, but after Dibling’s future arrival, this would blow it out of the water.
This has led to other fanbases to admit that the Toffees are doing something better than anyone else.
One fan started off the responses on X, saying: “Everton are having the best transfer window ngl,” another rival admitted, “Fine I’ll say it, Everton have had the best transfer window.”
“Everton has a better window then us,” one Tottenham fan said, with another agreeing, saying: “Everton having a better transfer window than Spurs or Newcastle was not on my bingo card.”
“Dibling is a baller. Everton had a great window,” as another supporter applauded what The Friedkins have done: “I have to say Everton have done brilliant business this window.”
The plaudits are deserved, and now the Everton hierarchy could top this summer by making history.
Everton need to spend £60 million to match highest ever spending transfer window
So far, £75 million has been spent, but with the addition of Dibling, this could rise to £117 million.
It’s an extraordinary figure, but the Blues are far from done, as Everton are £60 million away from equalling their highest-ever spending summer.
| 2017/18 | £177 million |
| 2025/26 | £117 million* |
| 2019/20 | £109 million |
| 2016/17 | £81 million |
| 2022/23 | £67 million |
This is still certainly doable, as Everton want two more signings after Dibling, with a right-back and central midfielder in the works.
Adding to this, Moyes has claimed Everton have ‘money to spend’, so £60 million more isn’t completely out of the woods.
It could turn out to be a historic summer, but what is clear is that things are looking up for the Toffees.
