Everton are making advances in the summer transfer window.
David Moyes and his chiefs are starting to ramp up their interest in a number of targets, with Douglas Luiz heavily linked to Finch Farm.
Everton are ready to make an offer for Luiz, with it believed to be a loan with an option to buy next summer.
Neil El Aynaoui is also on Moyes’ radar, and Everton presented their project to the RC Lens midfielder on the weekend.
Now, there is a fresh transfer rumour emerging, and fans are so excited about the prospect of his addition.

Everton fans sent into frenzy over Jacob Ramsey interest
Everton are interested in signing Jacob Ramsey from Aston Villa and it’s fair to say supporters are buzzing about the rumour.
“Would LOVE this!! He’s excellent,” @manny_efc said.
@ToffeeMc1878 added: “We’re getting linked to all the right names lately.”
“Big fan of his. Would be a good addition,” @jonsheaa commented.
“I really hope this is true,” @Rdj18781 admitted.
@muzzymint1971 explained: “Class player would be a coup for sure but just having an interest it doesn’t really mean much to be honest.”
@Jonefc000 said: “Yes plz. Baller!”
Ramsey’s impressive underlying data
Ramsey’s underlying data is incredibly impressive and amplifies exactly why Moyes is keen to land his signature.
The 24-year-old ranks in the top two per cent for successful passes per 90 compared to his positional peers across Europe, as per FBref.
Ramsey averages a pass completion rate of 84.9%, which is pretty remarkable and would certainly be a valuable asset to Moyes’ midfield.
The former England under-21 international also has an eye for a goal, having netted 44 across his 240-game career.
Ramsey is believed to be valued at around £40m, so it would require a decent chunk of cash to make a deal happen.
