Everton have had their fair share of run-ins with the governing bodies over recent years.
David Moyes has now returned to Merseyside, with a much brighter future on offer for the Toffees under The Friedkin Group.
Under the new ownership, Everton’s finances have been drastically improved, and that was seen over the summer window.
Everton spent well this summer, with the Toffees landing some big additions like Jack Grealish and Tyler Dibling.
The early signs of the summer additions are already promising and David Moyes has been left delighted with Everton’s business.

What Nottingham Forest said after Everton loss
It was April 2024 when the controversy began, after Everton took three points from Forest at Goodison Park.
Everton secured three points with a 2-0 victory against Forest at Goodison Park, where the Reds believed they were hard done by three refereeing decisions.

“We warned the PGMOL that the VAR is a Luton fan before the game but they didn’t change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times.
“NFFC will now consider its options.”
