Everton are already drawing up a list of targets ahead of the summer transfer window.

West Ham United winger Crysencio Summerville is one of the latest names on Everton’s shortlist.

It’s being reported that David Moyes and his chiefs are keeping close tabs on Summerville, who has registered 11 goal involvements for the Hammers this term.

Everton fans have been reacting to the rumour on TalkingPoints and on our Facebook page.

Everton fans would love to sign West Ham’s Crysencio Summerville

After hearing from Everton supporters, it’s apparent that Summerville would be a very popular signing.

Many remember him from the West Ham clash at the Hill Dickinson Stadium earlier this season, when he was awarded Man of the Match after running Jake O’Brien ragged.

As one supporter notes, the Summerville deal would more than likely depend on whether Tyrique George is signed on a permanent deal.

George, who is on loan from Chelsea, has a buy-option in his contract, and it has been reported that Everton believe they’ve got a good deal on the clause.

Could we see George as a number nine? 😮

Although, as it stands, the England under-21 international is on the fringes, having only played 103 minutes since joining on deadline day.

Crysencio Summerville may not be attainable if West Ham stay up

West Ham are currently in the relegation zone, so if they were to go down to the Championship, it’d boost Everton’s chances of signing Summerville.

If the Hammers stay up, it would be a difficult deal to do, as the board won’t want to strengthen a Premier League rival.

Everton are eyeing Raul Jimenez… how would you feel about that signing? 👀

Plus, they’d be in a stronger negotiating position, meaning they’d be able to demand a lot more for his signature.

Summerville joined in a £25m deal almost two years ago, so they’ll be keen to make a decent return on that fee.
