Adam Aznou’s Everton career hasn’t gone to plan so far.
There was a lot of buzz around Adam Aznou’s arrival last summer, as the former Barcelona youngster was tipped to become one of the best left-backs in the Premier League.
But, Everton manager David Moyes hasn’t given him a single minute of league football, and only a brief cameo off the bench against Sunderland in the FA Cup.
No win in any of Everton’s last five games… what would you say to David Moyes? 🫣
Aznou was spotted with Lamine Yamal during Barcelona’s game against Real Madrid on Sunday – the same day the Toffees drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace.
It’s clear he’s nowhere near Moyes’ plans, so the club must now make a key decision on his future, and it’s obvious what must be done.

Adam Aznou should be loaned to English club
Aznou must be sent out on a season-long loan deal next season, as his development is being stunted under Moyes.
Marseille, Real Betis and Getafe are all keen on Aznou, however, Everton chiefs must rebuff interest from European clubs.
The Toffees should send the Morocco international to an English club, so that he can get used to the physicality and intensity of football in this country.
By doing that, Aznou will be better prepared to play for Everton in the future and ultimately, Moyes should be more confident of starting him in the Premier League.
What would YOU do with Adam Aznou in the summer? 🤷♂️
Perhaps a move to the top of the Championship is realistic, or even a side fighting relegation in the top-flight.
Coventry City would be a good loan for Aznou, as Frank Lampard has a good track record of developing young players.
