Adam Aznou arrived with a big reputation last summer.

Everton snapped up Adam Aznou’s signature from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, and he was expected to replace Vitalii Mykolenko.

However, David Moyes hasn’t given Aznou a single minute of Premier League football, quite remarkably, despite impressing on his senior debut against Sunderland in the FA Cup.

No win in any of Everton’s last five games… what would you say to David Moyes? 🫣

There has been speculation that Aznou isn’t happy with his situation on Merseyside and could leave on a loan deal.

That said, the 19-year-old is even further away from the Everton squad than many even thought, as a stunning revelation emerged yesterday.

Adam Aznou was in Barcelona on the same day Everton played Crystal Palace

Aznou graduated from Barcelona’s prestigious La Masia academy before making the switch to Germany during the summer of 2022.

Evidently, the teenager still has strong ties to the club as he was actually pictured at Barcelona’s game against Real Madrid yesterday.

Aznou was seen celebrating with the injured Lamine Yamal on the touchline at Camp Nou as Barca defeated their fierce rivals to win the LaLiga title.

All of this happened on the same day that Everton drew with Crystal Palace, which all but ended their European hopes.

What would YOU do with Adam Aznou in the summer? 🤷‍♂️

Moyes has left Aznou out of the last six matchday squads, and this further cements just how far away he is from getting an opportunity for the Toffees.

Marseille, Real Betis and Getafe have all been linked with Aznou, with the French club believed to be the most interested.

So, it very much seems like the Morocco international will be leaving the Hill Dickinson Stadium at the end of the season.

Moyes just doesn’t seem to fancy him, which seems harsh considering he’s played just 34 minutes of senior football for Everton.
