Everton’s Bramley-Moore stadium has been a sole beacon of hope admidst years of miserable mediocrity for the club, as Farhad Moshiri desperately seeks to hang onto one of the few things he has not got wrong during his tenure as owner.
The Iranian businessman did come good on his promise of a shiny new arena for the Toffees, but almost everything else failed to materialise. There will likely be no European football set to be played in it anytime soon, with the Championship always seeming a far more likely outcome.
However, it finally seems like they have expelled that possibility with recent performances, indicative of a side that has turned the corner and will be looking ahead to bigger and better things.
Sean Dyche, as the new captain of this once-sinking ship, has plugged gaps in key areas, and is actually making great strides towards building the promised team to make Evertonians proud.
So, to see the stadium make equally huge progress in recent months makes for a wonderful synergy, with its latest target having recently been revealed.

As penned in the Liverpool ECHO, a new deadline has been set for the instalment of the seats, which have slowly begun to creep into the terraces across the last few weeks.
It is suggested that the contractors’ aim is to have the whole upper tier filled by Christmas, to give the fanbase some added reason for merriment during the season of cheer and goodwill.
When will Everton’s new Stadium be finished?
Having broken ground in 2021 on the construction, it is alarming the rate at which the magnificent structure is flying up on the banks of the River Mersey.
As such, rumours over the potential move-in date have been slowly emerging, as Everton prepares for life away from Goodison Park.
Whilst the build is set to be completed in 2024, the exact month is yet to be specified. However, it is expected that it could be mid-way through the 2024/25 campaign.

If so, a mid-season move could be on the cards, should it prove more profitable to do so.
The club have since reached out to fans to see what their preference on the matter would be regarding that and season tickets, but it could be taken out of their hands given their current financial predicament if it is overwhelmingly more beneficial for the club’s coffers to depart the Old Lady early.
