Everton could be set for a busy finish to the transfer window.
Only one week remains before the winter window closes, and Everton are yet to do any business so far.
But this week may well bring developments, with the club still looking to bring in a new striker. Doing so would likely prompt an exit for Beto, who is a loan target for Juventus.
There’s no way Everton can sell Tim Iroegbunam after the season he’s having! 😡
Lazio are believed to be keen to sign the midfielder 💷
Beto is not the only player who could be departing though, with Tim Iroegbunam now the subject of interest from clubs overseas.
Lazio reportedly failed with a bid for Iroegbunam, and now there’s been a new report about the Everton midfielder’s immediate future.
Everton willing to sell Tim Iroegbunam in January

After it was claimed Everton knocked back an offer for the midfielder, it’s now been reported by TEAMtalk that Iroegbunam has actually been the subject of two failed bids.
One came from Lazio, while the other came from another, unnamed club.
Lazio’s offer was said to be nowhere near Everton’s asking price, which remains undisclosed for the moment.
The unnamed club’s offer was higher, but still not enough.
TEAMtalk say that there have been reports that Iroegbunam’s asking price is somewhere around £15 million, but sources have indicated to them that the actual value is lower.
But Everton are said to be willing to ‘reluctantly’ sanction Iroegbunam’s exit if their asking price – whatever it is – is met.
This comes after it was claimed Everton would block exits for players in the final days of the window. Seemingly, the club are mindful of the fact that Iroegbunam’s contract expires in the summer of 2027.
Everton need to take late decision on Iroegbunam
Everton need to take their time over this particular decision.
It is the right stance to take to not completely rule out selling him this month, because his value will drop this summer.

But Everton should just wait to see what happens in the next two games, specifically with Harrison Armstrong, who David Moyes is debating sending back to Preston on loan.
If Armstrong shines against Leeds and Brighton, then he will have proven himself worthy of staying put, and Everton could then consider letting Iroegbunam – who also has Championship interest – depart if the price is right.
